VOQUEZNA Triple Pak contains two antibiotics, amoxicillin and clarithromycin, and an acid blocker called vonoprazan.
VOQUEZNA Dual Pak contains amoxicillin, an antibiotic, plus the acid blocker vonoprazan.

Vonoprazan is an acid blocker. It helps reduce the amount of acid in your stomach. Having less acid in the stomach
helps antibiotics kill H. pylori bacteria.

PCAB stands for potassium-competitive acid blocker. Vonoprazan, a PCAB, is a unique type of acid blocker.

PCABs (potassium-competitive acid blockers) limit the amount of acid your stomach creates. Your stomach
creates acid using microscopic pumps. PCABs like vonoprazan keep some of these pumps from producing acid.

In a clinical trial, VOQUEZNA Triple Pak and VOQUEZNA Dual Pak were proven to treat H. pylori infection for more than 77% of patients after one 14-day treatment (compared to 69% on lansoprazole, amoxicillin, and clarithromycin).

In a clinical trial, common side effects included diarrhea, altered sense of taste, vaginal infection, stomach pain, headache, high blood pressure, and cold symptoms. Other, more serious side effects are possible: allergic reactions, severe skin reactions, severe diarrhea, rash in people with mononucleosis (sometimes called mono), and it can affect test results for some types of tumors. Additionally, VOQUEZNA Triple Pak can cause irregular heartbeats and liver problems. See Important Safety Information included throughout, as well as Prescribing Information>
